The Washington D.C. region is being battered by strong storms. The storms started half an hour ago and are creating havoc in the region. Dominion Power in Northern Virginia is reporting over 110,000 without power. The situation is bringing back memories of two weeks ago, when strong storms struck the region, killing one in a truck, stranding thousands at the East Falls Church metro and plunging half a million residents into the dark.
